Lash & Brow Booking Policy
Please take a minute to read through our booking policy. No-shows and last-minute cancellations disadvantage our business, our staff, and our clients. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us and may miss out or have to go elsewhere for their appointment. Therefore we hope that you appreciate the introduction of our Booking Policy.
When you book an appointment with Lincoln Sunkissed is an acknowledgment of our cancellation policy.
Your appointment will be confirmed via phone, messenger or email prior to your appointment. A $50.00 deposit will be required to secure all cosmetic tattoo appointments, the appointment will not be secured until the deposit has been received. This will be taken off the full amount on the day.
We ask that you simply text 0400 235 560 for any changes to your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours prior to your booking to avoid a $30 late cancellation fee.
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify Lincoln Sunkissed at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in forfeiting your deposit or a late cancellation fee will be added to your next scheduled appointment. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. However if you can’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, to avoid cancellation or a no-show fee. No-shows are required to pay 50% of their initial appointment before a future booking is offered.
24 hour Late Cancellation or No-Shows
New clients, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, allowing a 10-minute drive from Pt Lincoln. This will allow time for you to fill out a consultation form. Existing clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. Due to having no waiting area, it is required to please wait in your car until we wave or message you to come in.
Please note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled, and a cancellation/no-show fee will be charged. Late arrivals may compromise the full length of your treatment as we endeavour to remain on schedule for all of our clients throughout the day.
If you have a condition that may be contraindicated to any of our services, our technicians reserve the right to decline to continue with your treatment. If this happens, it will be done in a discreet and professional manner as we always have your health and well-being as our number one priority. We may ask you to see a GP or specialist for a written letter so that we may continue to perform your treatments.
Please be courteous and turn your mobile phones off or on silent so you can receive the best possible service you deserve.
Please note that lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded in cash or replaced. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable; however they can be redeemed for products. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to pay the difference.
All Gift Vouchers have a 12 month expiry period from the date of purchase and must be redeemed by this expiry date.
